Maggie Nichols is the CEO of Eureka! Ranch, a system-driven innovation training and consulting company. She’s started her 22-year career at the Ranch as an Apprentice Inventor after graduating from Miami University. She’s worked with 100s of companies on innovation - like Nike, American Express, Walt Disney and more. She’s also helped pioneer a new field of academic study called Innovation Engineering that’s taught 10s of thousands of students & professionals worldwide. Maggie was a co-host on a Canadian TV show, Backyard Inventors. In the show “Top 10”, A&E named her job one of the top 10 coolest jobs. She enjoys cooking (inconsistently), DIY home improvement (decently) and encouraging her kids’ side hustles.
